These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 3bdjl website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 3bdjl and is made available to eligible users in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3bdjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal financial activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express prior written permission of 3bdjl. Any unauthorised use of 3bdjl intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3bdjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if 3bdjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 3bdjl's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3bdjl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3bdjl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3bdjl will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable. 3bdjl will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of Platform unavailability during maintenance windows or due to circumstances outside 3bdjl's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or regulatory interventions.

3bdjl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 3bdjl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 3bdjl, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 3bdjl is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy.
